KS3 Transition

Welcome to the Transition area of our school website!

Moving from primary to secondary school can feel like daunting time but we hope that this part of the website will help you feel more familiar with Reading School and more confident to start in September.  At Reading School, you will come to know a wide range of staff members who are here to support you in your transition and beyond. Get to know your Heads of House from their bios below and enjoy the welcomes from our Head Teacher and your School Captain.  

You will have time to ask your Heads of House and tutors any other questions you might have on your first day in September, which is another transition day. Please also ask your parents if you can read the parent handbook, as this may also answer some of your questions.  

You can also ask your parents to show you our Facebook page that gives a really good flavour of all the amazing things that happen at Reading School.
