Restructure of the Executive Leadership at Reading School
Reading School is delighted to report that from January 2024, Mr. Robson our dedicated Headmaster since 2011, will transition to a new role as our Chief Executive Officer. His outstanding leadership has been instrumental in shaping our institution and paving the way for an incredible journey ahead.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Mr. Ashley Robson for his exceptional service and leadership and look forward to the social impact he helps the school to achieve in the years ahead.
In line with this change, it gives us immense pleasure to announce the appointment of Rev Dr Chris Evans (OR 1990-97) as our new Headmaster. Dr Evans has been an integral part of our school's leadership since 2016 when he was appointed Deputy Headmaster. Having served as School Chaplain, South House Housemaster, and Head of Theology and Philosophy, he brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to our school community. He is poised to lead us into a promising new era.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Robson for his unwavering commitment and exceptional service. His vision has laid a strong foundation for the school's future success.
In the meantime, Dr Evans is eager to give thanks to all those who support the school. He looks forward to forging even stronger partnerships with you as we embark on this new chapter together.
