Year 7 & New Year 12 Parents Welcome Coffee Morning

On 24th September, we held a warm and welcoming gathering for new parents and grandparents to learn more about our school and connect with our community. The morning began with a brief welcome speech, introducing our school's values, aspirations and the supportive environment we offer. Guests enjoyed a delightful selection of international teas and cakes while mingling with staff and sixth form role models, who shared their experiences at Reading School.

Staff members were on hand to answer questions and learn how new students are settling in. In line with our school's 900th-anniversary celebrations, we also supported the student-chosen charity of the year, the Royal Berkshire Charity, raising funds for the Royal Berkshire Hospital's Cancer Centre. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to this wonderful event!
