Senior Prize Giving 2022

The Senior Prize Giving (kindly sponsored by the Reading Foundation) & Leavers BBQ (refreshments kindly sponsored by the RSPA) event, held on Wednesday 29 June, was to celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2022.

Precious moments to remember have been captured which we are delighted to share with you. 

Reading School is a state secondary school, and we have to fundraise for vital aspects of work and development for the benefit of our school infrastructure and students. Our DfE funding covers the core cost of delivering the national curriculum, including salaries, teaching resources, lighting, heating and some basic maintenance. It does not cover the cost of major upgrades to school facilities, although we are able to apply for capital funds when these are available.

We also want to ensure we are in a position to offer the 'Reading Way' for each and every one of our students for this year and beyond.
